Why we like it:
A new effort from McKinsey brings a more conversational take to the traditional consulting firm newsletter. Each week, speaking directly to the reader, they highlight firm coverage and thought leadership, while often recommending external content.
The design and tone are a departure from their traditional offerings (they’ve shown a propensity for risk-taking with The Fifty-Five) and as the newsletter is in “beta” we’re excited to see how it develops.
We can’t leave without proclaiming our joy for the vertical alignment throughout the email – a major change from the conventional corporate article email template.
